WaspTech exhaust systems come with a 36 month warranty on stainless steel pipes and welds. For all the other components there is a 24 month warranty excluding rubber lines and plastic connections.

WaspTech exhaust systems are all hand-welded by Porsche enthusiasts that are skilled craftsmen in Poland. WaspTech EU headquarters are in the great Warsaw area of Poland.

Wasptech uses a high quality pneumatic valve system similar to the ones used on the OEM PSE (Porsche Sport Exhaust) systems. 1.Our three-mode active systems (996/997 Carrera) a 3-position rotary knob controller is used to make the mode selection and switch valves. The control knob can be mounted on the dash in the 996 or under the E-brake handle in a 997. If the customer does not want to install the control knob a keychain remote control is also available. 2. For the 991.1 active system it can be controlled either by the factory PSE button (if so equipped) or by the factory Sport button on the dash. 3.The WaspTech 964 Turbo system uses a two-mode dash button designed to integrate into the classic style of the 964 dash.

We recommend that customers install their WaspTech exhaust systems with a professional. X- PIPE Only: Typically for an X-Pipe (996 and 997), you should expect about 1.5 hours to remove the bumper, old crossover pipes and install the new X-Pipe. Note that this is an approximative amount of time and it can vary on car to car depending on the condition and age of the original exhaust components. Full Exhaust: Typically we would recommend to budget around 10 hours to install the full WaspTech exhaust system, which consists of the mufflers, x-pipe and control system harness.

Yes, all the necessary bolts, clamps, gaskets and harness are included with your WaspTech exhaust shipment. Note that we do not include clamps for your exhaust tips as the non-turbo exhaust systems do not include tips.

Once payment is received, your WaspTech exhaust will enter the production queue. Our exhausts are made to order and the typical process includes production, quality control and shipment from Poland. The timeline is typical 5-6 weeks to receive your exhaust from payment received. Note: While not common, there could be custom clearance delays that could add additional time or additional custom fees with shipping carriers.
